SINGLE/DOUBLE ROOM in FROME:: £260 + some bills. I am looking to let one room to a housemate. Quiet area within 5-10 mins walk to centre. Local shops/Pubs 3 mins walk.
Would suit professional/employed lodger. The room is a single, but would accept a 4’6" Double. Ideally 4’ bed.
The house itself is in good order with garden/patio to the rear. Dishwasher, washing machine, drier and huge cooker. Cable BB (wifi)and TV plus burglar alarm. Storage space available in attic and bikes can be stored in the garden shed. Wooden or tiled floors throughout.
The room is unfurnished as yet, but some furniture can be provided if required. I am a pretty laid back character, friendly, tolerant and outgoing and live a reasonably quiet life. I work professionally for the NHS as clinical staff.
I’m looking for someone, who will ideally see this as home that he/she shares with a mate.
