Created by Jude Kelly, the owner of Café La Strada, this high-quality ice cream is made from the finest ingredients including organic milk and cream from the local Jersey herd at Ivy House Farm, Beckington. (Suppliers to Harrods, Fortnum & Mason and Harvey Nicholls.) Wheat and dairy-free fruit ices are also available.

Seasonal fruits, herbs and flowers are also expertly blended to create contemporary flavours such as Jasmine, Rhubarb, Grapefruit & Peppercorn, Lavender and Gin & Tonic. Not forgetting the classics, Vanilla Pod, Fresh Strawberry and Rich Chocolate.
